Are you ready to take your yoga practice to the next level? Join Laurence at the Clifton Hampden village hall for on Tuesday nights. These sessions are designed for students with some experience. Beginners are welcome as long as they are open to modifications as needed. With over 20 years of experience, Laurence is a qualified Vinyasa Yoga instructor who focuses on alignment in the Iyengar style. Come join us from 6:30-8 pm and elevate your yoga practice. Group classes: No refund. Private classes and massages: cancellation made more than 48 hours in advance of the massage will receive 100% refund. If made 24 hours in advance , 50% refund. Less than 24 hours in advance, no refund.
